As far as the liquid liner clumping in your inner eye, you might be getting it to close to your tear duct when you're applying it? Maybe try not to start the line in the inner corner but instead a couple millimetes away from it, since it sounds like it might travel there anyway throughout the day. Get In Line is waterproof so shouldn't move...
